This spacious apartment is located on the Esplanade just a short walk
from the quays, inns and shops and the beach at Readymoney Cove. It has
good harbour views and has been recently refurbished to provide a high
standard of accommodation. The roof terrace provides a wonderful place to
sit out and observe the constant activity on the harbour.
The living room is open plan and enjoys high levels of light. An open beamed ceiling adds to the light and spacious feel of the room. There are views of the harbour across the rooftops from the sitting area and the patio doors open onto a sheltered roof terrace which overlooks the water and has a table and chairs for four.. A television, DVD player and stereo are provided and there is a range of comfortable furniture. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave dishwasher and fridge.
The main bedroom is on the same level as the living room and has a king size double bed, views of the harbour over the town and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a separate bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin. From the living room a spiral staircase leads to a Mezzanine bedroom with a choice of two small single beds or a double bed. The Mezzanine has sloping ceilings with roof lights looking onto the water. Cleverly designed sail type blinds provide privacy for this bedroom at night. There is also sofa bed in the sitting room which adds further flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. Although there are beds for eight, a maximum of six persons may book the property.
4 Marina Apartments has electric heating. The cost of electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen is supplied. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
It is possible to unload right outside the property. Weekly parking is available in the car park approximately 400 yards away.
As this property is on the second floor some visitors may find it inconvenient.
We regret pets are not allowed at this property.

What's included?

Additional costs
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
