Trethurgy is a tiny countryside hamlet situated around 2 ½ miles from the south
coast of Cornwall near to the market town of St Austell.
The ancient ports of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey and the beaches
around St Austell Bay are all a short drive away.
An Lowarth is a detached studio apartment which is in a south facing, quiet
location well away from any roads, situated in ¾ of an acre of well kept
gardens. It has been carefully equipped to provide very comfortable
accommodation for four people. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with
two single beds) and a shower room with a washbasin and toilet.
The living room is arranged in an “L” shape with the main part as a
pleasant sitting/dining room and the other part forming a well equipped kitchen.
A colour television and video are provided and the kitchen has an
electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and automatic washing machine.
Gas central heating and electricity are included in the rent and bed linen is
supplied.
A cot and high chair are available if required. There is a level
lawn and a patio with garden furniture.
Parking is provided for two cars beside the property.

As An Lowarth is approached by steps it may be unsuitable for visitors with
mobility problems or small children.
The owners of the property live within the grounds and have the use of
the garage underneath the studio.
They will endeavour not to infringe the privacy of visitors.
The
Britannia Inn and village shop at Tregrehan are both within a few minutes drive.
There are many miles of footpaths around Trethurgy which make this property an
excellent base for walking. The Eden Project at Bodelva is around a mile away
using the public footpath or slightly more by road. A small well-behaved
pet may be allowed by prior arrangement.
