With uninterrupted views across the water to Fowey, Argel Cottage offers an
extremely comfortable holiday home in a prime location. All the main rooms have
views and the constant activity on the harbour provides an ever changing
backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
This cottage is very well equipped and provides a high standard of
accommodation. The cottage is on three floors.
On the ground floor there is a large dining kitchen.
The kitchen area is particularly well equipped with an electric cooker, a
microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the dining area there is a
wood-burning stove.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other
with two single beds) and a shower room with a power shower and a separate
toilet.
The whole of the second floor provides a fine sitting room with superb
views over the harbour, a colour television, video and CD player. All bed linen
is supplied. The cost of night storage heating and other electricity is included
in the rent. Outside there is a utility/shower
room with a shower, additional toilet and washer/dryer. Children and pets
are not allowed at this property. The village shops, pubs and the ferry to Fowey
are all within 200 yards.
Unloading is possible outside. Car parking is available approximately 500 yards
from the cottage. A dinghy can be hired for use at this property. Please ask
for details when booking as availability is limited.
