Barn Loft is by far the most spacious and unique property we have ever offered for two people.  The artistic design has achieved an excellent balance between preserving the character of the original buildings and creating a modern property with a high level of space, light and comfort.  It is situated in a quiet countryside location just half a mile from the village of Lanlivery, seven miles from the port of Fowey and four miles from the Eden Project.  The surrounding area is ideal for walkers with The Saints Way passing through the village.  The 13th century Crown Inn is within walking distance via a public footpath. 

Entering from the garden, there is a large conservatory with comfortable chairs and a dining table.  From this a few steps lead up to a living area that is open plan with a kitchen and sitting area.  The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer.  The sitting area has a colour television, video and stereo.  Stairs lead from the conservatory down to a second large sitting room (24' by 11').  Adjoining this is a lovely double bedroom (16' by 14') with en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin.  The bedroom has full-length windows providing exceptional light and patio doors opening onto a raised decked area overlooking the rear garden.  

Barn Loft has gas-fired central heating. The cost of this and all electricity are included in the rent.  Bed linen is provided.  

Outside there is a pleasant landscaped garden and ample parking.  The owners live in the adjoining property and have pedestrian access at the side of the garden. They will endeavour not to infringe the privacy of visitors.  Barn Loft is a quarter of a mile from the road along a private track.

Pets are not allowed at this property.
