Bridge
Barn is a charming waterside property located beside the tidal river in the
beautiful village of Lerryn. Facing south-south-east it enjoys the sun
throughout the day and has a large level garden ending at the riverbank
where small boats or canoes can be kept. The tranquil riverside
location and high standard of accommodation combine to make this an
exceptional property.

There
are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, views of the
river and an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath, lavatory and washbasin.
The second bedroom has two single beds, river views and an en-suite shower
room with lavatory and washbasin. There is a large living room which looks
out across the garden to the river beyond. It has a wood-burning
stove, comfortable seating, dining area, stereo and door into the garden. A
sitting room adjoins the living room and has a wide screen television, DVD
and French doors opening into a lovely conservatory with a further door into
the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a Belfast sink, oven and
hob, microwave and fridge. A large fridge/freezer, washing
machine and tumble dryer are provided in the utility room. There is
also a further shower room and lavatory. Bridge Barn has oil-fired central
heating. The cost of heating and electricity is included in the rent.
All bed linen is supplied.
The
garden has a patio, garden furniture, swinging bench and large lawn.
There is parking for three cars. Small dinghies (up to about 15 feet)
can be launched at the village slip and kept at the property.
The Ship Inn and the village shop are around 300 yards away.
This property is not recommended for children under eight due to the water
frontage. A small well-behaved pet may be allowed by prior
arrangement.
