Just 25 yards from the harbour's edge this stylish apartment is an
excellent place from which to observe all of the activity on the water.
There are super views from the living room across the main harbour to Fowey
and upstream to Bodinnick. Castle House is equipped to a high standard and
provides very comfortable accommodation. Polruan's village shops and inns
and the ferry to Fowey are all within easy walking distance.
Castle House has two bedrooms, a main bedroom with a double bed, vanity unit and television and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a flat-screen television. The modern bathroom has a shower-bath, toilet and washbasin.
The living room is spacious and open plan with two large windows looking out over the harbour, a dining table, range of comfortable seating, television and DVD. The stainless steel kitchen is well equipped with a two-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the small outhouse in the courtyard.
Outside there is a sheltered courtyard with room to sit out or barbecue. Garden furniture is provided.
Castle House has under-floor heating. The cost of all electricity and heating are included in the rent. All bed linen is supplied.
Unloading is possible within 50 yards. Parking is available in the car park around 500 yards away.
Wireless internet access is available.
As this property is accessed by steps some visitors may find it inconvenient.
We regret pets are not allowed at this property.

A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
