Set in one if the finest waterside positions in Cornwall, Castle Keep and Castle Court command magnificent panoramic views over the River Fowey to Fowey, Mevagissey and Dodman Point.  Ships from all over the world pass, in full view, not more than 100 yards from the flats and garden.  There is half an acre of beautiful garden, with three sun terraces and private access to a secluded cove offering bathing and fishing.  Facing south-south-west, both properties enjoy the sun from all quarters. The village shops, two inns and the ferry to Fowey are all within easy walking distance.

Castle Keep, the upper flat, (to sleep 8) has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and a large studio bedroom, with four single beds ideal for children. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. From the huge lounge/dining room (28’x15’) you enjoy some of the most fantastic views in Cornwall and there is a balcony running the full length of the flat.  Every room with the exception of the bathroom has sea or harbour views.

Castle Court, the lower flat, (to sleep 6) has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, toilet and washbasin.  There is also a separate toilet.  The comfortable lounge/dining room has picture windows providing superb sea views.  The kitchen, bathroom and utility room are the only rooms that do not enjoy sea views.  

At both properties there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and a utility room with a dishwasher and automatic washing machine. A colour television, DVD and CD player are provided and a cot and high chair are available if required.  The flats have oil fired central heating and the cost of this and electricity is included in the rent.  All linen except towels will be supplied. A garage space for one car is provided with each flat approximately 200 yards away.  A dinghy can be hired at these properties.  Please ask for details when booking as availability is limited. 

A well-behaved pet may be accepted by prior arrangement.
