The accommodation is arranged on three levels and has five bedrooms, a family bathroom and two shower rooms (one of which is en-suite).
At the upper level are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room with large shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasins. Large patio windows give sea views and open into a conservatory (12 by 7 feet) with excellent views and a door to a balcony outside. There is a smaller bedroom with sea views and the single bed can pull out into two beds if required. Another generous double bedroom has lovely sea views from dual aspect windows and a door leading to the balcony and there is a fourth bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with hand held shower, toilet and washbasin.
On the middle floor, there is a sitting room, kitchen/diner, cloakroom and the fifth bedroom. The sitting room is large (12 by 26 feet) and has patio doors giving sea views and leading to a balcony and raised sitting area. A 36 inch flat screen television, DVD and Freeview are provided and there is an electric coal effect fireplace. The spacious kitchen/diner is open plan with a dining table and chairs for ten beside patio doors overlooking the sea. Steps lead from the patio door down to a large decked sitting area (15 by 16 feet) with patio furniture and excellent views. Kitchen equipment includes: an electric hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. The bedroom on this level has two single beds and an adjacent cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.
At ground level there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a further large shower room.
Outside there is a rear garden with raised decked area and parking for two medium cars or one large one. Further cars can usually be parked in the road outside the property. The garage is not included in the rental.
Highlands has oil fired central heating. The cost of electricity and heating is included in the rent and all bed linen will be supplied.
Due to the multi-level nature of this property some visitors may find it inconvenient.

A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
