The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. An automatic washing machine is provided in the bathroom. There is a snug sitting room with a woodburner, colour television, video and CD/Tuner.  Adjoining the sitting room is a large conservatory overlooking the river with a range of seating and a dining area and a door leading to the garden. Night storage heaters and the woodburner provide heating. The cost of electricity, coal and logs is included in the rent and bed linen will be supplied.

There is a good sized garden that is ideal for barbecues or sitting out. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.  A dinghy can be hired locally.

The Old Ferry Inn and the ferry to Fowey are within 200 yards.  The nearest shops are in Fowey. Jordan Cottage may be unsuitable for some visitors as it is approached by steps. Parking for one car is provided approximately 15 yards away. A well-behaved pet may be allowed by prior arrangement.
