Situated only a hundred yards or so from the coastal footpath and some of Cornwall’s finest scenery Lentino is ideally situated for a holiday home.  From the house and garden there are superb views over Fowey Harbour and the quay, the shops, the pubs and the ferry to Fowey are all within three hundred yards. 

There are three bedrooms one with a double bed and two others with twin beds. The double and one twin bedroom are on the ground floor and the other twin room is a dormer bedroom accessed by stairs. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, lavatory and washbasin, a large sitting room which overlooks the harbour and has a colour television, a separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.  The kitchen equipment includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, colour television and video.

Lentino has oil fired central heating. The cost of this and electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen will be supplied. 

Outside there is a medium sized, level garden overlooking the harbour and parking space for two cars.
