Mill End is a self-contained apartment within the interesting nineteenth century “Caffa Mill”. It is only 150 yards from the harbour’s edge and is within ten minutes easy walk of the charming centre of Fowey.

Formerly an important flour mill, the property has been carefully converted by its present owners into a lovely home and two self contained apartments of which Mill End is one. Access to Mill End is via the staircase in the owner’s property but the flat is entirely separate and self contained. Visitors to Mill End will benefit from a warm welcome normally associated with bed and breakfast accommodation but the privacy and convenience of self catering.

The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating, colour television and DVD and a sleeping area with double bed. There is a bathroom with bath (with shower over), washbasin and lavatory. The kitchen/ diner has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table.

All bed linen is supplied and electricity and heating are included in the rent.  Background heating is provided by the central heating and additional heaters are supplied. There is a shared laundry room which visitors are welcome to use. A dinghy can be hired at this property and would be kept nearby. Please ask for details when booking, as availability is limited. We regret pets are not allowed at this property.
