Quay House is situated just 50 yards from the harbour’s edge on the popular Town Quay. This central location means all the shops and inns are within just a few minutes walk.  The beach at Readymoney Cove is within walking distance and visitors can use the ferries to Polruan and Bodinnick to explore the local area without using a car.  Unusually for a property in the centre of Fowey, Quay House also has a raised sun deck with room to sit out and relax.  

From Town Quay, steps lead up to the door at first floor level. The glazed door opens into a spacious kitchen/diner that is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The full-length windows of the kitchen/diner look out across the quay to the harbour.  There is a large sitting room with a coal effect gas fire, colour television, video, DVD and CD player.  Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a lavatory, washbasin and bath with electric shower over. The main bedroom is spacious and has a double and single bed and a range of fitted wardrobes.  The second bedroom has a double bed and views of the water. A cot and high chair can be provided if required. 

Quay House has gas central heating.  The cost of all heating and electricity is included in the rent. Outside there is a sun deck with a table and chairs and a store with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  Unloading is possible outside the property and weekly parking is available in the main car park 400 yards away.
