Only 300 yards from the harbour and 150 yards from the coastal footpath this attractive little cottage provides an excellent base for exploring Polruan and Fowey and the surrounding beaches and countryside.
The accommodation is "upside down" with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs and
the kitchen and living room on the upper level. The main rooms have views of the
harbour. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a bath with shower
over. The comfortable sitting room has views of the harbour and a colour
television. In the kitchen there is an electric cooker, fridge and
microwave. Heating is by night storage heaters and the cost of this and
electricity is included in the rent.
Visitors to Sea Cell are welcome to use the owner’s garden which adjoins both the
cottage and their main house. Car parking is available approximately 350 yards
from the cottage and it possible to unload within 10 yards.
Children and pets are not allowed at this cottage.
A dinghy can be hired at this property. Please ask for details when booking as
availability is limited.
