The accommodation is arranged on two floors with the bedrooms upstairs and the living rooms level with the garden. Because of the way the property is built there are entrance doors on both levels. 

Sea Haven has two bedrooms both with excellent harbour views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and lavatory. The other bedroom has two single beds that can be linked to form a queen size bed if preferred. Adjacent to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with bath, lavatory and washbasin and a separate cloakroom with an additional lavatory and washbasin.

Stairs lead down from the bedrooms to the living room which is largely open-plan with distinct sitting, dining and kitchen areas. The whole living room benefits from three large full length patio doors giving super views of the harbour. A colour television, DVD and CD radio are provided in the sitting area and the kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer.  From the living room the patio doors lead to a sheltered patio with ample space to sit out and admire the view. 

All bed linen is supplied.  Sea Haven has oil-fired central heating. The cost of heating and electricity are included in the rent. A telephone is provided for incoming calls and there is wireless internet access. 

Unloading is possible within 50 yards. Car parking is available approximately 500 yards away.  As the property is approached by a sloping path with steps, some visitors may find it inconvenient.
