Situated in a pleasant position on the edge of the village, Sea Pebbles is a modern ground floor apartment in a small beach style development.  It is furnished to a high standard and provides very comfortable, contemporary accommodation for three people.  The beach and village centre are a few minutes walk away. There is a sheltered decked area with garden furniture outside the patio windows. This property has convenient parking and easy access. 

Sea Pebbles has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed.  The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin and heated towel rail.  The living room is open plan with comfortable seating and dining area for three people and a colour television with DVD player.  The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer dryer. 

There is electric central heating and the cost of this and all other electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen is supplied. Outside there is a decked area with garden furniture, a small lawn and reserved parking for one car.  The local cafe, Rosery restaurant, village shop and beach are within a few minutes walk.  

A small well-behaved pet may be allowed by prior arrangement.
