This traditional Cornish cottage dates from 1850 and is within 100 yards of the harbour’s edge. It has recently been refurbished and provides very comfortable accommodation. The slip-way, car park and dingy park at Caffa Mill are within 100 yards and the quays, shops and inns in the town are just ten minutes walk away.

Slipway Cottage has three bedrooms. At the front overlooking the street is a spacious double bedroom with a washbasin. There are two further bedrooms at the rear of the cottage. One has two single beds and the other a double bed. On this floor there is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, lavatory and washbasin. From the landing a stable door leads to the decked sitting area outside.

Downstairs, there are two sitting rooms, a kitchen diner and a shower room. One sitting room has two two-seater sofas and a CD/Radio, the other has wide screen television, Freeview, DVD player and two two-seater leather sofas. The kitchen diner is a long room with a generous dining table and a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. From the kitchen a door leads to a shower room with shower, lavatory and washbasin.

At the rear of the cottage is a covered area with washing machine, tumble dryer and room to store boat gear. The decked sitting area is above this and is accessed from the upstairs landing. 

The cottage has gas central heating. The cost of heating and electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen is supplied. Parking is available in either of the car parks that are within 100 yards of the property.
A dinghy can be hired at this property.  Please ask for details when booking as availability is limited.

Pets are not allowed at Slipway Cottage.
