Sundance is a traditional listed stone cottage situated in Lostwithiel Street just 100 yards from the harbour's edge. It is only a few minutes walk from the main shops, quays, inns and restaurants of Fowey.  The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove, St Catherine’s Castle and the cliff path to Polridmouth are also an easy walk away along the Esplanade. 

The cottage is light and airy and comfortably furnished with the accommodation arranged on three floors. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed, colour television, exposed beams and good views of the harbour. On the first floor there is another spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom.  The bedroom has two single beds and views of the harbour and the bathroom has a bath (with shower over), toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. 

On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with a colour television and DVD player, comfortable seating and a dining table for four.  The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Heating is provided by electric panel radiators.  The cost of electricity is included in the rent.  All bed linen is supplied.  A cot and high chair are available if required. There is no garden at this property but the beach and quays are close by. It is possible to stop outside to unload and weekly parking is available in the long stay car park approximately 400 yards away.

Pets are not allowed at this property.
