Only a few minutes walk from the beach and situated in the heart of the
winding streets of Looe, this is a very pleasant holiday home for two
people. The beach, quays, shops and pubs are within easy walking distance.
Approached by stairs, this character self-contained apartment has one good
sized double bedroom and a shower room with separate toilet. The cosy
sitting room has a television and DVD player and the well-equipped
kitchen/diner has a microwave, electric cooker and fridge.
Night storage heating is included in the rent early/late season. All other electricity is included in the rent and all bed linen is supplied. There is a parking space available within the owner’s garage which is on the ground floor and this is a considerable benefit in this part of Looe.
We regret pets are not allowed at this property.

A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
