The coast path to Lantic Bay is within 25 yards and the village shops, inns, quays and the ferry to Fowey are within six hundred yards.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms all with super sea views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a double bedroom and two further bedrooms with two single beds in each. One of the twin bedrooms also has a door to a small balcony overlooking the sea. A family bathroom is also provided on this floor with a shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Downstairs all the main living rooms have excellent views. There is a sitting room with wood-burning stove, television, DVD and CD player and a range of comfortable seating. On the seaward side of the property there is a lovely hardwood conservatory with unrivalled panoramic views and a door to the patio. The kitchen/dining room has a large dining table and the well equipped kitchen has an eye-level oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washer/dryer. There is a further door from the utility room into the garden.
There are two further rooms on the ground floor. A snug with additional television and seating and a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Wireless internet is freely available for visitors who bring their own laptops.
The Ridge has oil-fired central heating. The cost of oil and electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen is provided.
Outside there is a large patio on the seaward side with excellent views. The rest of the garden is terraced.
There is a private parking space for one car and room to park one additional car outside the property.

These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.

For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
