Treverder
is a pleasant detached house situated just 100 yards from the water’s
edge in the beautiful village of Lerryn. Facing south-south-east and
occupying a slightly elevated position it has good views of the river
from the main rooms. Recently refurbished it provides a high standard of
accommodation and this property has parking and a large garden.
There are three bedrooms (all with river views) and a bathroom. The main
bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have a single bed in
each room. The bathroom has a bath (with electric shower over),
washbasin and toilet.
Downstairs there is a spacious living room with full length patio
windows giving good views of the river. There is a range of comfortable
seating, dining table, colour television and DVD player. The kitchen is
well-equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and
washing machine.
Outside, at the front of the house there is a large gently sloping lawn
and a sitting area with a bench. There is also a rear garden with a
picnic table. Parking is provided for two cars and there is a
hard-standing where a small boat (up to 15 feet) can be kept on a
trailer. There is a public slipway within the village. The Ship Inn and
shop are within a level walk, 200 yards at low tide using the
stepping-stones or 500 yards at high tide via the bridge
Treverder has oil-fired central heating. The cost of heating and
electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen is supplied.
