Completed in 2011, this unique property is light and airy, has great harbour views and is conveniently located just a short walk from the harbour, shops, inns and quays. It is set in an elevated position and its double aspect means it enjoys the sun throughout the day. It has numerous windows giving exceptional light and wide harbour views across the rooftops. Unusually for a property so near the centre of Fowey, it also has a pleasant garden with patio and river views.
Entering from the garden, there is a spacious open plan living room with sitting, dining and kitchen areas all with good views of the harbour. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A flat screen television, DVD and stereo incorporating an iPod/iPhone dock are provided in the sitting area. Large glazed doors provide access to the patio and garden for al fresco dining and where a charcoal fired barbeque is available.
Also on this floor, facing the river, is a double bedroom with a five foot bed, an en-suite bathroom with spa-bath, toilet and washbasin.
Stairs lead down to the lower floor which has two further bedrooms and a second bathroom with bath (shower over), toilet and washbasin. One bedroom has a king size bed and a washbasin and the other has a pair of three foot single beds.
This property has gas central heating. The cost of all heating and electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Internet access is freely available for visitors who bring their own laptops.
Unloading is possible within fifty yards of the property. Parking is available in the public car park around four hundred and fifty yards away. The cottage is not recommended for children under eight due to the steps in the garden.
A £100 returnable security deposit is required at this property.

These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Outside the main holiday periods, short break holidays can usually be arranged at the following percentages of the weekly rate.

For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
